Raynaud syndrome leads to reduced blood flow usually to the fingers, toes and nose due to spasm of arteries caused by cold weather. So to prevent these symptoms the patient should always keep themselves warm and the surrounding warm.Can go for relaxation therapy,avoiding coffee, certain drugs,causation whole taking food from freezer to minimize the symptoms .

Placing the hand in warm water and cooling and then placing in cold water can aggravate the symptoms and numbness ,increasing the risk of injury.

Ans:3.I will first place my fingers in warm,then cool,then cold water three times a day
