4. A handful of members of Congress , allied with the nation's major drug distributes and prevailed upon the drug enforcement agent and Justice department to agree to a more industry friendly law , undermining efforts to stanch flow of pain pills . The law was the crowning achievement against drug distribution companies that were supplying corrupt doctor and pharmacist who peddled narcotics to black market. The industry worked behind the scenes with lobbyist and key members of Congress ,pouring more than a million dollars in to their election campaigns.

The practice of black marketing opioids is unethical and is against the laws . The pharmaceutical companies ,Congress ,drug enforcement agent has ethical responsibility of checking and conducting surveys and raid to find out the unethical practice of opioid distribution at a higher costs to people and that too for illegal activities .

The deal of pharmaceutical companies , Congress and drug enforcement agent with patent drugs (means the nonprescription drugs protected with trademarks and whose content is disclosed incompletely.), Generic and name brands ,redescription and orphan drugs ( are those which are given for rare diseases) should be crystal clear ,no black market behind the scenes are allowed and what ever marketing deals has to be done, should be as per the laws made by governing body .
