• Listen the patient, this can create a ozone if comfort and relaxation that someone is hearing them about their feelings and emotions
• Di not argue with the patient because this can trigger their anger and can result in self harm or harming others
• Can talk to them gently and provide a psychological and emotional support
• Talk therapy can help them ,which can lead to exchange of conversations by the health care provider and the patient and make them relaxed from getting crisis.
