Answer #1

Answer is Option d)

All the time cards which are maintained on day to day basis should be checked at end of the month whether paycheck has been issued for the same. This is a reconciliation of employees who have reported on duty and checks issued to them at the month end. Through this reconciliation organisation can best alleviate the risk of paying fictitious employees. Hence answer is Option d)
