Anthrax is caused by Bacillus anthracis causing which is very highly infectious.

The infection spreads via four route skin,injection, inhalation,intestinal

The first responder should first wash their hand .Get medical help for antibiotic and vaccination.Use Level A or level B protective suit,respirator N95 mask when there is possible exposure.

The other PPE are face mask to prevent transmission through inhalation, eye goggles probably a disposable full face shield,footwear ,double gloves

At end decontamination of the material used must be done and the responder should take a proper good soap and water shower.
