  • It has improved the patient satisfaction level as the patient need not to stand in a long queues for the appointments.
  • It prevents burnout among healthcare professionals as all the medical information can be saved at one place.
  • All the information can be easily transfer to the healthcare professionals for the further process or treatment.

The other advanced technology that reduces the burden on the healthcare professionals is the use of M- health. The m- health provides the patient information regarding the medication. This reduces the medical errors as well as improve the quality of care provided to the patients. The healthcare professionals can easily get into touch with the patients and can monitor the vital signs of the patient.
