The patient was very much concerned about the health issues and the weight loss is veryevident with him. The most of the time he was worried that what was happening arround him. He doubts that he may probably were going through any illnes like cancer. So the clear explanation of the problem he was facing and what may be chances of diagnosing the cancer and how it has been affecting his life has to be clearly explained.

The patient was not taking adequate food that what are the reason for the same has to be discussed, and the technique of small frequent meals were explained to him. Also inform him to avoid this which were reduce the appetite like chocolate, bakery items, etc before food. Also dont drink more water just before the meal time.

He should be aware of the consequences of the things like what has to happen to him if the person not taking food properly, what are the needs of the food and ihow it has been helping him to perform the day to day activities etc. Also tell him that if at all he was not doing anything in the hospital bed he may require energy for the basic activities like respiration, beating of the heart etc, so he has to take adequate food for the same
