Answer-As children is suffering from the contagious infectious disease. Isolation is most important step in the management.we should shift patient under hygienic conditions, nurse should use mask during handling and transport of patient. Patient should be isolated until the diagnosis is established. All soiled materials are isolated and sterilized properly. Isolation room should be maintained with a negative pressure and minimum of 15 air changes per hour.

Radiographic interventions, if required should be done at bedside to avoid spread of infections disease. Nurses should be vaccinated against potentially infectious disease like hepatitis, influenza, etc. All highly infectious fluid like urine, saliva, blood spills should be properly sterilized.
