1.The average weight of a women of her age ranges approximately around 170.6 pounds and height around 63.7 inches.Her weight is below the standard rate and height above standard rate.

BMI: 703×weight(pounds)÷Height (inch ²)

=703×126÷(65)²

=88578÷(65)²

=88588÷4225

=20.9 kg/m²

Lucy should gain approximately 25 to 35 pounds during her pregnancy

2.The factors which are favourable for pregnancy are

  • As per the research 34 years is a good pregnancy age
  • Regular exercise or fitness habit
  • Trying to consume only organic or natural foods
  • Medium sized body built

3.The following suggestions required during her pregnancy

  • Running is a good way to boost heart during pregnancy .She cam maintain the same level or reduce it if she exhibits any discomfort
