Answer: Lily's should include high fibres food and takes omega 3 fatty acids as it is the rich source source and provides nutrients. Folic acid is essential supplement for the pregnant woman.

Lily started to take vitamin and mineral supplement as well as she avoids alcohol as it is potentially toxic to the growing fetus as well as she reduces the caffeine intake. Because caffeinated beverages reduces the absorption of vitamin.

Fish can be taken as a protein supplement but should not eat fish that has mercury content. This is because mercury content can be dangerous in the pregnancy.

Drinking water atleast 2 litres can be beneficial as it keeps digestion proper.
