2.Folic acid helps in preventing neural tube defects in the early stages of pregnancy and fetal development. Calcium, folic acid and iron are very important.

3.walking, swimming, yoga, strengthening exercises and low impact aerobic exercises are the ones that can be done in pregnancy.

4.protein, folate, iodine and iron are important. Calci, magnesium and Vitamin D essential for strong bones and teeth. VIT B12 needed for nervous system. Omega 3 oils, diet with small fish helps in brain development.
