A. Post delivery most common complication is Post partum heamorrage in gestational diabetes patient

2nd most common complication is infection and sepsis due to high glucose in blood

B- due to large placenta and macrosomia of baby decrease tone of uterus , so atonic uterus cause Post partum heamorrage

C- give antibiotic for pervent sepsis

Active management of 3rd stage of labour, give oxytocin to patient
