Answer #1

Answer: Ashley's diet does not contain any kind of food or the drink that provides calcium. Calcium is in negligible amount which put her on risk of osteoporosis. Smoking, not eating healthy foods leads to increased risk of osteoporosis. Ashley should include healthy diet and quit smoking.

Although it has been mentioned that consumption of milk and dairy products causes weight gain but it is not that much concern as milk contains many nutrients that makes bone strong and healthy.

Ashely should include diet which consists of health nutrients. She should quit smoking as smoking also contributes weight gain. Dairy products such as curd is a good source of calcium and contains negligible amount of fat.
