Answer: Parent can do to ensure that their 8 year old has a nutritious meal in the morning as by incorporating the breakfast with fruits. Children are mostly attracted to fruits and juice as compared to heavy breakfast. Low carbs cornflakes of any flavor can be given along with milk. This contains while grains which can provide quiet better nutrition to the children. Milk will cover up the essential nutrients that is required as well as fibres present in whole grains and corns will keep him fuller for longer period of time.
