Dear Sir,

Referring to my order dated XX.XX.XXXX for plaster and building materials. Could you please let us know when can we expect our delivery?

Please provide us a realistic date unlike what happened last time. We expect you to understand the need of such materials in case of renovations. We were promised delivery on an earlier date and the goods were not delivered.

We were again promised a date and the goods were delayed once again. We have been put to considerable inconvenience twice due to the long delay.

We expect you to deliver the goods on priority and not delay them this time. We wanted a faster delivery of these goods and had ordered the same in advance. Even after proper planning we are facing such issues.

We need to insist upon greater promptitude in regard to deliveries. Or else we shall be compelled to cancel this order and place the same somewhere else.
