pH = pKa2 + log [HPO42- / H2PO4-]

     = 7.21 + log [0.100 / 0.162]

pH = 7.00

mmoles of B = 25 x 0.75 = 18.75

At equivalence point :

mmoles of acid = mmoles of base

0.35 x V = 18.75

V = 53.57

volume of HCl = 53.47 mL

B   +     H2O     ------------->   BH+ +    OH-

At equivalence point : salt only remains.

salt concentration = 18.75 / 25 + 53.47 = 0.2386 M

pH = 7 - 1/2 (pKb + log C)

    = 7 - 1/2 (5.80 + log 0.239)

pH = 4.411
