As per the uric acid is more in body so diet guidelines are

Eat less protein diet

Take more carbohydrates

Take more water as renal excretion increase

Take saturated fatty acids

Allopurinol block the xanthine oxidase enzyme which convert xanthane and hypoxanthane into uric acid

Colchicine modify the inflammation pathway and help in control deformity

Ans-c

NSAID's which decrease pain

DEMARD's which modify the disease

Immunosuppressive which decrease antibodies formation

Biological inhibit the antibiotics which are formed in body agarinst receptor and help in controlling the disease
