yes the discrimination affect the market for labor because the employers discriminate among employees on basis of their caste, religion, race, nationality and language etc. and provide different wages, works and other facilities etc. it affects the labor productivity and the marginal revenue product of the labors. the discrimination affects the demand for labor and also increases the dead weight loss which affects the market for labors and it also reduces marginal revenue product of labor because many efficient labors does not get employment as per their abilities while some does not get any employment.
