Suez Canal is a waterway channel In Egypt that connects Mediterranean Sea with Red Sea. This inland channel was constructed by the Suez Canal Company in 18th century. Egypt is te oldest civilization of more than 50000 years of history and it is mainly attraction center for tourists from all over the world for its pyramids. Howver, the recent political turmoil in Egypt is adversely affecting foreign trade of Egypt with other countries including USA. Egypt is a member of Arab nations and therefore, receives biggest financial aid of $1.5 annually from USA However, US government may review its financial aid to Egypt if military forces take control of Egypt Government. Around 4% of global oil supply is made through Suez Waterway. However, any military coup in Egypt will inflate violence in middle East and affects business and economic activities of Middle East nations especially. USA has economic and trade interests in middle East Asia and any political or economic uncertainty in Arab nations incluing Egypt will also affect US economy as well as.
