1. Pentavalent- diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis b, Hib vaccine
2. MMR- Mumps, measles, rubella.

1. MMR is a live attenuated viral vaccine it give protection against mumps, measles and rubella
2. It has stain that is RA 27/3.
3. First dose is given at 10 months, second dose given at 4- 5 years. This second dose is not a booster dose, it helps the person if they not developed immunity from first, they will develop immunity 2- 5%.

Anaphylaxis to neomycin
