The few details that helped me to understand more about the public health and contagious disease are as follows:# Rosens first little remarks on ancient civilization which pointed basic hygienic concerns. # Rosens observation of the climatic conditions enabled physician of Greek to find the differences in epidemic and endemic disease which is again strongly integrating with public health and contagious disease (anything which may be communicable endemic or epidemic). # He assessed and diagnosed seasoned incidence patterns and established correlation between the swamps and malaria which in turn again shows impact of poor hygiene and sanitation. # Rosens also stated medicine played a secondary part in decline of mortality again reviewed sanitary reform as a crucial driver. Therefore rosen was an optimist who had explained versatiley regarding the sanitary reforms, assessment of diseases which helped to be aware of public health and contagious illness.
