Answer: The differentiation of the odontoblast is performed by recognizing the molecules as well as the growth factors in the inner enamel cells of epithelium. The dental fluid that is present in the tubule includes the fluids that surrounds the cell membranes of the odontoblast.

The initiation of dentin formation which is also known as dentinogenesis. This begins before the formation of the enamel. The formation of dentin is initiated by the odontoblast.
