according to the nurse practice act, every nurse must meet the minimum requirement or qualification for safe practice. this will encourage the nursing professionals to be perfectly engaged in their work and do not cause any harm to their patients and themselves. this act includes the standards of safe practice written by the Florida board of nursing.

according to the Florida Board of nursing, seven registered nurses of different fields and 3 practical nurses with at least four years of experience are appointed. this pushes the limits for knowledge, skills, and ability of the nurse to get appointed.

all these laws and regulations will reduce the complexity of the task, potential for patient and self-harm, reduce the unpredictability of the outcome, etc.
