2. Create a grid for this multi-disciplinary project which will aid you in stakeholder identification, as well
   as other key factors relating to your stakeholder’s level of interest.

Mobile PET/CT: Capital funds received to purchase in-house PET/CT. It will be placed in the main department.
128-Slice CT: Capital funds received to replace third department CT scanner. The administration is asking it is placed in the ED where a DR x-ray room is currently located. There is no place to move that equipment when CT moves in. The OR has requested the purchase of and received capital funding for an O-Arm, but has indicated they have no place to store it.
The OR had requested an intraoperative MRI.
