Look in this scenario the patient is having ESRD ( end stage of renal disease) which requires dialysis as it's management, and patient is also having dementia which is an psychiatric illness and comes under ICD-10 Classification, and patients family is supposed to choose the treatment so here HCPCS ( health care common procedure coading system) comes in action to take individuals enrolled in private health insurance program and at last CPT codes is for physicians, hospital staff, organisation to be safe and secure,so here all the codes comes in action for this scenario.
