The most fundamental question involved in the long history of thought on abortion is: How do you deter mine the humanity of a being?
4 paragraphs (in philosophy language)
Abortion is done now a days as a common procedure when once it was very rare.Teens from years to women's uptown 54 years are actively undergoing abortion due to unplanned pregnancy. The rate of it has come down but still its lyes un the humanity when making a decision. The main reason is there are two lives putting both mother and baby at risk in some cases.
Here the mother has a full decision to continue a pregnancy or not though it a planned pregnancy. This is because of the rights of one's own body cannot be used by a stranger (fetus ) without the consent of women.for instance a person who is renting cannot become owner of the house.
She can terminate the pregnancy if it is going to endanger her life for instance a fetus implanted in the fallopian tube or outside the uterus can rupture and cause death of the women)In order to save her life on the grounds of humanity she can be permitted by not putting her life at risk for an unborn fetus.
Simultaneously the controversy is the fetus too has the rights because it is considered to be a living being right from conception. So on humanity grounds the laws may reject abortion if the mother is causing intentional injury to fetus(for instance taking alcohol can cause fetal alcohol syndrome, starving unnecessarily, malnutrition other than medical illness are liable and punishable under law.
Hence overall the abortion doesn't only encircles the women now a days it is depended mainly only on nature of human being kind ,loving and compassionate to all living beings.
