Hello, regarding the photoelectric effect I had a couple questions:

Red light is shining on a simple photoelectric cell producing electric current at some voltage. Suppose we increase the intensity of the (red) light.

a. Will the current increase, decrease, or remain the same? Explain.

b. Will the voltage increase, decrease, or remain the same? Explain.

Suppose again that we start with red light shining on a simple photoelectric cell producing electric current at some voltage. Now we change from red light to blue light (without changing the intensity of the light).

a. Will the current increase, decrease, or remain the same? Explain.

b. Will the voltage increase, decrease, or remain the same? Explain.
