1. Unemployment is the major factor influence the economy of a country. The government in most of the countries provide employment for all the citizens of the country. Suppose, if it has failed to give employment, the government give at least unemployment fund to all the respective persons. In most of the developed countries, either they provide employment OR they give unemployment fund for the respective persons. For example of the countries U.S, U.K etc.
In some other developing countries, they are unable to provide employment and also unemployment fund to the respective person. They failed in both cases so their economy will completely fell in the bad scenario. Because the goods and services consumption of the country will not reach more so this negative impact show on GDP(Gross Domestic Product). If the GDP percentage recorded low, other foreign countries will not initiate to do Investments in this country so the FDI(Foreign Direct Investments) freeze completely. If the FDI’s not done in a country so the other foreign companies and industries will not establish. If the companies not established, the unemployment percentage increased day by day or year by year. Example of developing countries like India and underdeveloped country is Zimbabwe etc. So this is the worst economic times will happen based on the lack of employment in the country.
2. Everything has a particular time like the same for periodic time table had for employment also. Normally the financial period beginning is the very most important for all the newly started activities like that employment have a good opportunities’ at this time so the periodic table will start at the moment of every year January 1st onwards.
In the period of December 31st is the financial year end so the employment opportunities are very less so we may not expect any opportunity in the last couple of month in the period of fiscal year end. In the U.S, the financial year beginning is a very crucial time and most of the opportunities will open at this periodic time. As per the periodic time table of employment will gradually decreasing to the year mid and end period of December.
