The main reason for declining HPV vaccine by parents to 11 - 12 years old children are because of lack of knowledge, fear ,lack of recommendation,motivation, guidance from their provider or pediatrician to their child. Among these the major concern is fear of this particular vaccination to their child at this very young age ,why do they need it, they are not at any risk.Parents always do not want their children to be vaccinated for a terminal illness or deadly illness which may or may not occur in their oldage when they are healthy at this age now.
