Answer #1

Training of end users about a new information system should occur during the month prior to the go live.

Explaination:-

Training of the end users is the most important steps for the successful implementation of the system. The end users should be utilised during the parallel testing , so the training will need to be rolled out prior to that. Involvement of end users at this point is a good way to get them excited about the system as many of them may not have been involved with the project prior to the training. Their assistance in parallel testing will help them prepare for when the system goes live. Therefore the timing of the end users training is critical and must be planned and implemented prior to the start of parallel test phase to ensure the successful implementation.
