Answer: Food is the source through which one can easily avail all the nutrients. Vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, broccoli are good source of iron, calcium as well as many nutrients. But one can not go completely vegetarian as there are requirements of proteins as well as many other nutrients that can be obtained from non vegetarian foods. Fish is full of protein, good for health, has omega 3 fatty acids that keeps heart healthy. Red meat provides fiber whereas liver is instant source of iron. So, it is important to have non vegetarian foods to complete all the nutrients that are required by our body on daily basis.
