Example of health policy that protects patients as well as other stakeholders:
The patient protection and Affordable care Act, the US Congress created the  Patient-centered outcomes research institute(PCORI) is a meaningful patient and stakeholders engagement health policy. It is a nonprofit, independent, non-governmental funding organization. It improves quality care for the patient, caregiver, clinician, insurers, policymakers and employees who make health decisions. It involves in process implementation and helps patient and stakeholders for target treatment and help in the personal investment research process and overcome challenges and barriers.
Department of Fair Employment and Housing enforce equal justice and discrimination under health policy. It was administered by the state agency and funded directly by the state because the law prohibits discrimination on sex, race, color, ethnic group, etc. This prohibition program conducted and operated by the state so they are receiving funds from the state.
