Answer #1

1)Selection of test statistics doesn't covers under type 2 error because type 2 error are based on failure to reject false null hypothesis

2) Two sample z proportion test can be used for all types of comparative studies.

3)A one- sample z test proportions are one used to test whether a particular parameter is different from the standard or from hypothesis. So it can determine if the mortality rate from one hospital is different from the standard.

4)Inadequate communication is one of the sentinel events faced by patient which was reported to joint commission

5) Incident report are one which is maintained to record any untoward events helping in potential problem prevention in future.
