So loading dose should be initial dose for immediate treatment

So 20mg over 5minutes

C, maintenance dose should be reduced by one third in patient initial dose..this is to achieve the target steady-state, plasma concentration..interval that steadily exceeds their elimination half life..volume of distribution 30l
