It is seen that in most of the cases the qualitative data is randomly distributed or available in the unstructured for of the data. This data is available in the form of documents, images, and sometimes in the audio-visual form.

This data can be managed manually or the electronically. Now days there are various advanced IT based tools for the data storage and retrieval in the efficient way i.e. EHR system means electronic health record system.

There are the following considerations for the data management in this case as:

Firstly there is need to maintain the various copies of the informations along with the backup for the further analysis.

There is need to arrange the various field notes in the chronological manner on the basis of the different types and perspectives of the characters, genes and species.

Further there is requirement f the labeling and storing of the data with the unique name or in the form of unique case so that it can be easily identified by the researchers when it is required within the time, in the time savior mode means there is need to make easy and effective retrieval of the data.

Further all the documents should be categorized and safely stored in the secured data base may be in the form of the block-chain system.

Thus on the basis of the above mentioned approaches we can manage and organize the data in a very effective manner.

Because the data security is the major concern now a day, hence it is the ethical responsibility to secure the data.
