Shoulder months are those months in which the temperature rises between 45 and 65 degrees. This temperature is useful and appropriate for the buildings and this temperature and the air can be used by the engineers.The windows can be opened and fresh air can be breathed in by the people .

Due to similarity between the external temperature and the building's internal temperature the power cost in the buildings can be cut.The need for air conditioning is reduced.

Therefore, in shoulder months the power costs are reduced
