The uninsured people face difficulty in meeting their health care needs during the ill period. As a result there is la k of adequate healthcare services leading to mortality.28 million people are still uninsured.The people who have insured has seemed to have a reduced morbidity when compared to the uninsured population mainly because of the healthcare service accessibility and affordability at the right time.
