The ethical theory which i liked the least is deontological theory .

Deontological ethics is an approach to ethics that determines goodness or rightness from examining acts, (not the consequences of those acts).

Deontologists look at rules and duties.

The act might be considered as good, but the results might be considered as bad.

#. Strengths: Use reason at all times

Weaknesses: Do not agree on moral duties (duties conflict)

#. The theory which i liked the most is virtue ethics theory.

Virtue ethics theory is an approach to ethics which emphasis the character of moral agent as the key element of ethical thinking - not the rules , not the consequences .

Virtue Ethics - Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths: encourage high levels of moral behaviour - Learn to be moral by practise

Weaknesses: Which virtues are the most important? Virtues can conflict
