The affordable care act is the health reform legislation signed by Obama, also called Obama care, in March 2010. It includes a health related necessities that began in 2010. The important necessities of the act are designed to provide coverage to millions of Americans who are not insured, to organize steps which reduce the expenditure of health care and to improve the quality of care delivered, and to eliminate the factors causing recession and denial of coverage. The law also reduce the cost of coverage for Americans by providing the subsidies. The 3 important goals of ACA are expand the availability or accessibility of health insurance to common people that is to cover the people with income 138 % of federal poverty level  , protect the rights of benefactors from the actions of insurance companies, to decrease the expenditure of health insurance.
