Answer: The main health problem in my community is the that most of the people are suffering from diabetes or cardiovascular disease or some of them are very prone to it. Due to the unhealthy lifestyle and non accomplish diet and nutrition is the major factors that lead to suffer people with these diseases.
Most women in the community are obese, thy are at greater risk of developing diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension etc. These problems can be solved only if people become aware of the healthy lifestyle. Thy should include physical activities and exercise in their busy schedule. A 35 minutes normal walk can also bring a major changes in one's life. People should avoid unhealthy and junk food. This will lowers the cholesterol level and hence improves the body functions.
