The physically and mentally challenged patients can improve through exercises. Physical activities have proven to be very beneficial for physical and mental fitness.

Some special consideration should be kept in mind before starting exercises for such patients like prior physician consultation, alteration of FITT principle, type of exercise programme and framing achievable goals.

So the answer is (b)
