EXPLANATION-

All the given options are true for B-cell development. They are generated in bone marrow and complete the maturation process in the spleen. The main function of B cells is to produce antibodies. Self-reactive B cells are eliminated through apoptosis or they rendered unreactive. B cells act as professional antigen presenting cells along with dendritic cells, macrophages and present the antigen to the helper T cell.

B cells process the antigen and present the antigen to T cell using MHC molecule.
