Answer: At the age of 80, I would have so many problems and health issues as I might be not able to walk properly. At this age first the most efficient things gets weak that is our immune system. I might be suffering from diabetes or else weak eye sight.
Due to the aging process, cataract is one of the common problem faced by the old age people. Arthritis or may be any kind of joint problem I have to face. As our body weakens so as our bones as well as thinking capabilities.
Sometimes healthy aging is possible but most of the time people suffers alot at old age. The very first thing is that there must be a good care giver who can look after the patient. Because old age needs many carefulness and observations. If the family members are good to takecare of the elderly people of their family then the aging can be healthy. But atleast we should look after ourselves so that at the age of 80 we should not become burden to anyone.
Community plays very important roles in our life. If community is supporting so one can feel safe and reliable. Community should takecare of the elderly patients and as well as they give should give proper care and treatment. The very important things is that they must spent a quality time with them. Because as people grow old, the young family members isolate them and donor spend time with them. This is the major issues that loneliness kills people alot. Community should engage elderly people in some of their favourite activities which can keep them alive.
