Management or prevention of chronic diseases with diet and exercise.

    * Diet.

          * Using a balanced diet which include carbohydrates,proteins

             unsaturated fats,vitamins,minerals help to meet the normal

             energy requirement of the body and prevent chronic diseases

             due to saturated fats,high cholestrol (LDL) and high calorie.

           * Use of fibre rich foods like vegetables and fruits prevent chronic

             diseases which affect the digestive system.

           * Spicy and junk foods leads to chronic diseases so eliminating that

              type of diet which enhance health of a person.

         * Overuse of alcohol cause chronic liver problems so avoiding overuse

              of alcohol in the diet can prevent such chronic conditions.

    * Exercises.

         * Regular physical activities help to prevent chronic diseases by

                           * Maintaining adequate calorie levels by burn calories

                             when doing exercise.

                           * Help to maintain normal body weight proportionate to

                             body height.

                           * It reduce cholesterol and fat level which prevent chronic

                             diseases.

                           * It improves circulation to all part of the body so help to avoid
