1, patient should be assess for HIV positive risk..collect patient family history with her husband...do the routine HIV screening for prevention and further treatment.

2, The Physician should convey the information about her blood test in a direct way and the patient should benefit of medical care and treatment, because patient need full evaluation, follow up and management.

3, it must be reported to surgeon to consider blood and body fluids for preventing transmission of disease..surgeon should take precautions previously and the operation theatre should follow high standard universal precautions to avoid transmission..

4, change gloves when you providing care to avoid highrisk..

5, Did you use contraceptive devices??

6, Have a open talk with patient and it's suspectful HIV positive infection..It should be confidential.. listen to their statement and educate them about HIV infection and it's transmission..encourage them for the treatment and how it prevent HIV infection..As she is a nurse she will be emotionally disturbed about her job and coworkers..so provide emotional and psychological support and explain about Antiretroviral therapy treatment regimen..explain the patient about precautions which was taken in the hospital to avoid infection..
