Political challenges and issues are one of the obstacles to implementing Universal Health coverage. America spends more on health care delivery. The U.S provide the best treatment and services but the health care cost keeps on increasing. Different reimbursement rate, co-pays, coinsurance increases issues in both insurers and providers in implementing Universal coverage. But the political government resistance to change. The federal government has feared of implementing new plans due to failure. The government fails to addresses on the alternative health plans and change of premium rates, copayment according to the ability and employment rates. Further expansion of Medicaid according to the population need will show better results. Clearing of economic problems and implement of exchange of plans will be helpful for the Universal coverage. Increase the insurance coverage and reduction of out of pocket cost is necessary for Universal Health Coverage. Negotiate with the country who opposes the Universal health coverage increases the support.

The main aim of ACA is to expand Medicaid expansion, the subsidy of premiums and protection of pre-existing condition. Whereas the Trump "Repeal and replace will affects the aim and goals of ACA. It will make the healthy people stick into the insurance coverage. This will force the people and insurance companies for compulsory payments. Repeal and replace will not benefit the Americans.
