Yes, I agree with this idea. Total Quality Management brings about a significant change in an organisations culture ,including its mission, goals, philosophy and procedures. Quality is an important factor of an organisation which directly affects the healthcare services provided to the consumers, revenue, and reputation. All the organisations work hard to improve their quality as it affects the major part of their revenue and reputation. Every organisation has a separate department for Quality Management and a quality management team to assess the quality in the services they provide.To improve the quality, some of the measures the organisation conduct are :-

- recruitment of certified heath care staffs

- training of the staffs to upgrade their knowledge and standards

- conducting surveillence etc

By conducting the mentioned measures the organisation and its staffs are able to provide a patient oriented , efficient and effective care which is cost effective ,accessible and feasible.
