ANSWER:

I believe that teaching is a partnership between the instructor and student. The instructor’s role to share their experience, knowledge, and expertise to assist the student realize their learning goals. I feel as an instructor, it is vital be passionate about teaching and to have passion for the subject I teach. The happiness I receive from teaching followed by my love of accounting is the main reason that I chose to become an accounting instructor. I also strive to make education affordable by giving as much mentoring, guidance, and encouragement as possible to help students achieve their educational targets. Also, strive to provide affordable learning opportunities by offering helpful hints, time-saving tips, suggestions and resources to assist students work more smarter and efficiently. I provide learning in an innovative way by embracing the classroom environment as an instructor and a a student while incorporating certain techniques learned as a student and utilizing them in the classroom as an instructor.

My philosophy is to provide high quality learning opportunities by continuously striving to be the best instructor I can be. Thus I will strive to improve my teaching abilities and skills by pursuing continuing education in my field of accounting and in teaching. I believe in giving high-quality learning opportunities by challenging student’s thought-provoking questions, through constructive feedback, and constant encouragement within the classroom. My philosophy of teaching statement as an accounting student can be summarized in three points:
