Organization compensation is much important because it attracts talented employees into your organization.If it is not competitive the retaining of employees is difficult.Employees continue to resign their jobs at the same time you will have new employees but there the organization need to work more to train the new employees.They need to conduct the training,induction classes and seminars.So it is the loss for the organization to pay for the classes more.But it is spend in compensation they can retain the talented staffs in their organization thus achieve the goals easily.Without experienced and talented staffs it is difficult to retain the accreditation of the hospitals.Hence the organization compensation must be competitive.
