1. Kidney stone characterised by sharp pain(left side and back), blood in urine and nausea.Kidney stone is also called nephrolithiasis or renal calculi.Other symptoms include pain on urination, persistant urge to urinate,fever and chills.

2.Here patient has seizure episode with alcoholism.Lab value shows hyper natremia, hyperkalemia and incresed BUN and incresed S. Creatinine. It may due to hepatic encephalopathy and kidney failure. Hyperkalemia causes cardiac arrest. So primary management is to correct hyperkalemia by calcium gluconate injection.Before clean the patient and provide comfortable position to the patient.
